§1 In General
For all services and deliveries from our side the following rules apply. The customer as a part of the agreement, is obliged to accept these rules. A contract is fulfilled when viennaticketonline.com confirms in written form by sending a booking confirmation to the given email address. As a correct time applies the entry time of your written /electronic confirmation. Other conditions as well as additions of the contract are not legally valid, until they are confirmed in written form from the side of viennaticketonline.com
§2 User Conditions and Copyright
The information offered on this homepage is being controlled, managed and updated regularly. No responsibility will be taken for the fulfilment, timeliness and correctness of the information on this homepage Amendments and misunderstandings may occur. External links will be a subjective collection of other web sites. The authors and operators take full responsibility for the content of these sites. It is forbidden to use or spread the content of the above mentioned homepage for any commercial purposes.
§3 Prices
A change of prices may occur at any time. Our prices include all fees. They do not include shipment charges and 10 % Value Added Taxes (VAT). Please note that the final price may differ from the original stated price. This difference may happen because of organizational reasons. This difference may vary, depending on the performance and the art of the contract between viennaticketonline.com and the organizer.
§4 Cancellation and ticket return
It is obligatory to order the tickets in a written form (through internet, e-mail or fax). After sending the confirmation of the completed order form to viennaticketonline.com, the ticket price will be debited from your credit card. Please note that a later cancellation will not be possible. Tickets that have already been purchased cannot be returned or changed to another category or other date or time. A compensation cannot be made (for example: excuse for being late) or partially fulfilled conditions.
§5 Performance cancellation, Performers,- Date or Programme Changes
Performance cancellation, Performers,- Date or Programme Changes may occur and do not give the right of returning the tickets. Viennaticketonline.com is the operator between Organizer and the Costumer and will not be responsible for returning the entrance fee. Viennaticketonline.com is not responsible for informing the ticket holder about eventual Cancellations /Delays/relocations, but we will make an effort to inform all costumers if it lies within our possibilities. In these cases we do not take any responsibility for caused costs through the cancelled performances or date changes, from the site of organizers. In case a performance is cancelled (change of cast is not included), you have to contact the organizer directly to return your tickets. In an emergency case though, we are happy to take over this procedure for you. This is only possible if we have the original tickets at our disposal within the period of time that is stated by the organizer for such cases. The return of the ticket price + VAT will be made by us. We are not obliged to return the commission as we fulfilled our side of the contract by providing the tickes.
§5a Timetables of the Performances in the Opera
Timetables of the performances in the Vienna Opera' s will be announced at least one month before the performance, and according to this will be actualized rightly on our Homepage.
§6 Ticket pick up and delivery
The reserved tickets can be picked up at the evening box office of the place of performance. Up own wish tickets can be sent to the address given upon order (shipment price EU €7, Other countries €12. No responsibility will be taken for punctually sent (deposited) tickets but- lost, or unpunctually received on be halt of the Post or Hotel Concierge.
§7 Creditcards
Following credit cards are accepted:
AMEX, Diners Club, Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, JCB
§8 Dataprotection and Privacy
The personal Data needed for the orders or requests, will be saved for purposes of the Accountancy and Costumer Evidence. The Data will be cared according to the Data protection Act and will not be passed on to third parties. The ticket orders will be taken place under locked SSL-Mode (Secret Socket Layer Mode),during Transfer, therefore they will be not readable for third parties.
§9 Usable rights
For these Terms and Conditions, as well as all legal rights between viennaticketonline.com and the Customer, apply as obligatory agreed according to Republic of Austria.
Vienna is Place of execution Court of Jurisdiction.
